  These people are awful. They were uncaring, rude and incompetent. The owner is awful and made it very clear that my family's request to be with our loved one during cremation was a huge inconvenience to him. When we said we had questions, he couldn't have been more put out, he was rude and made it very clear to us that he did not care how we felt about the process at all. And to make it worse, when we went to do the final pick up, they refused to give us our beloved's remains, stating they could only be released to a specific person, and we had to get a verbal ok to release over the phone before they let us leave with our loved one, none of this was communicated over the phone when we called before driving the 4 plus hours to pick up our loved one. THE WORST MORTUARY EVER.
